How cool! What do you hope to work on in the private class? I'm hoping our studio does posture clinics one day. Now THAT would be fabulous.
Oh I'm not exactly sure. Everything! Anything! I have wondering if I am doing Cobra correctly and I'd really like to get some feedback on my Standing Bow as well as Camel and Floor Bow. I could go on and on!
